The arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers an almost fatal stroke, leaving him partially paralyzed and confined to a retirement house. Staff resistant and distant from his friendly roommate, Mortensen soon clashes with the apparently kind resident Dave Crony who secretly terrifies the house with a sadistic game called “The Jenny Pen rule” while he exercised his doll for dementia as a tool of cruelty. What begins while the childhood torment intensifies quickly into much more sinister and disturbing accidents. When the reasons of Mortensen for the staff become unanswered, he puts himself in place to end the kingdom of the terror of Crealy.
